Employee Assistance Programs
Does your business have a need for ongoing mental health and wellbeing support for your employees?
Are you looking for a regular counselling provider who can service the needs of your organisation?
She Counselling offers counselling services as part of workplace Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Sessions are between 60 and 75 minutes in length and can be run;
- In our office based in Mittagong
- Over Telehealth platforms including Zoom and phone
or, if your organisation is local to the Southern Highlands of New South Wales;
- In the great outdoors (via our ‘Walk and Talk’ service)
- Onsite at your premises (travel charges may apply)
Counselling at She is strengths and solution based and focuses on resolving your employee’s psychological distress in order to improve both their quality of life, and their ability to do their job without the additional stress of life struggles resting heavy on their shoulders.
So workplace based counselling services are indeed a WIN WIN!
Your organisation will be able to nominate an agreement that works best, for you. This may include;
- How many sessions each employee will be eligible for
- The length of time over which these services will be available (eg. so many sessions per week, per month, per quarter, per financial or calendar year etc)
- Exactly which employees will be eligible for the services (eg. direct employees only or employees and their immediate family members)
Some of the challenges we may be able to help with include;
- All issues of a personal nature including trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, domestic violence support, family breakdowns etc
- Work / life integration
- Improving relationships
- Interpersonal conflict
- Boundary setting
- Working relationships
- Life goals
- Communication skills
- Restructure and redundancy support
This list is by no means exhaustive so if you know your organisation may need some other form of support, please feel free to contact us to see if it’s something we can work together on.
Critical Incident Response Service
As well as standard scheduled sessions, we are also able to offer a limited ‘On call’ or critical incident response service where we can attend your premises at short notice to provide immediate one-on-one emotional and psychological support for your staff should an unexpected or emergency situation arise. This may include things such as robberies, fatalities, major accident, workplace violence, natural disasters etc. More information about this service can be obtained upon request.
Resource Support
She Counselling may also be able to provide specific resources tailored to your organisation. This could include brochures about wellbeing, corporate mental health and wellbeing challenges and the likes. If you have a specific need, please feel free to send an email enquiry or call 0412 707 242.
What next?
Ultimately, having an EAP provider who understands your organisation and the challenges faced by employees in your particular industry can better prepare your employees for challenges and change. If you'd like more information about EAPs and how we may be able to work with your organisation or business, please get in touch. It would be our pleasure to work with you and your valued staff.
As an exclusively women’s only practice, our services are available to women over the age of 18 only.
